The physical effects of stress are usually the most obvious ones. Its hard to ignore symptoms like fatigue, sleep problems, digestive issues, anxiety, etc etc…
But when we take a closer look the stress and fatigue always has a challenging affect on the other areas of life.
The problem is, the situation has usually evolved over time, to the point where it’s become the new normal! Then it’s easy to get lost in the pattern and feel like this is just “how things are”!
